**This page explains the limits of what Bajo Daybreak (labuanbajoboattour.com) promises. In short: every price, park fee, and schedule shown here is indicative as of 2026 and subject to change; Komodo National Park sets its own fees and rules, not us; wildlife sightings and sea conditions can never be guaranteed; and nothing on this site is licensed financial, legal, or tax advice.** Read the full terms below before you book a day tour.
Bajo Daybreak is a day-tour information and booking site focused on one product: full-day Komodo National Park boat tours that depart Labuan Bajo around dawn and return by sunset, with no overnight stay. We publish itineraries, honest price ranges, and practical guidance. Tour operations and reservations are handled directly by Komodo Luxury, a real operator founded in 2015 in Labuan Bajo. The publisher of this website is Juara Holding Group.
Who operates the tours, and who publishes this site?
Two separate roles matter here, and we keep them clear.
- Operator: Komodo Luxury runs the boats, the crews, and the reservations. It is a real, licensed Labuan Bajo tour operator founded in 2015. When you confirm a booking through us, your reservation is handled by the Komodo Luxury team.
- Publisher: Juara Holding Group owns and publishes labuanbajoboattour.com. The site provides editorial content and connects travelers to the operator.
We do not own every asset shown on this site. Speedboats, slow boats, and private yachts are operated by Komodo Luxury or arranged via vetted licensed partners. Where a vessel or service is provided by a third party, that provider’s own terms, safety standards, and insurance apply.
Are the prices on this site guaranteed?
No. Every price, fee, and figure on Bajo Daybreak is indicative as of 2026 and subject to change without notice.
Prices in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and US dollars (USD) are shown for guidance only. Real quotes depend on your travel date, group size, boat type, current park fees, seasonal demand, and the exchange rate on the day you pay. For example, we describe shared full-day speedboat tours running roughly IDR 1,450,000 per person (about USD 90–100) and private day yacht charters starting from around USD 1,458 for the whole boat — those numbers move over time. The only binding price is the one confirmed in writing by the reservations team when you book.
| What we publish | Why it can change |
|---|---|
| Per-person and per-boat tour prices (IDR / USD) | Season, group size, fuel, exchange rate |
| Komodo National Park entrance and marine fees | Set by park authorities; revised periodically |
| Ranger, harbour, and diving surcharges | Set by park and local authorities |
| Pickup and return times | Weather, sea state, harbour-master rulings |
| USD equivalents of IDR amounts | Daily currency fluctuation |
Who sets the Komodo National Park fees and rules?
Komodo National Park authorities set the park’s entrance fees, conservation charges, ranger requirements, and visitor rules — not Bajo Daybreak and not Komodo Luxury. We report these figures to help you budget, but we do not control them and cannot waive, discount, or override them.
As of 2025–2026, publicly reported park charges include a marine park ticket of IDR 250,000 per person per day for all visitors, a harbour fee of IDR 25,000 per person (charged per day on day trips), and a scuba diving surcharge of IDR 25,000 per diver per day. A licensed ranger must accompany all guests trekking or wildlife-viewing on Komodo, Rinca, or Padar Island; ranger fees are shared per small group. Komodo National Park also limits total visitors to 1,000 per day, and a passport copy is required to register a park booking. These rules, and the fees attached to them, are decided and revised by the park authorities and may differ on your travel date.
Can you guarantee we’ll see Komodo dragons, manta rays, or a pink beach?
No. Wildlife is wild, and nature does not follow a schedule.
We show you where sightings happen — Komodo dragons on Komodo and Rinca, manta rays at Manta Point, the coral-pink sand of Pink Beach, flying foxes at Kalong — but we cannot promise any specific animal will appear on your day, or that visibility, tides, and conditions will be ideal. Dragon viewing depends on ranger-led walks and animal movement. Manta encounters depend on the season and the water. A missed sighting is not grounds for a refund unless your written booking terms say otherwise.
What about weather and sea conditions?
Sea and weather conditions are outside anyone’s control, and safety comes first.
The waters between Labuan Bajo and Komodo can be rough in the waviest months. Dry season generally brings calmer crossings; rainy and windy months bring rougher water and, at times, harbour-master weather cancellations. If the harbour master or the operator cancels or reschedules a departure for safety, that decision stands. Bajo Daybreak and Komodo Luxury are not liable for delays, itinerary changes, missed connections, or losses caused by weather, sea state, mechanical issues, or force majeure. We strongly recommend independent travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical care, and water activities.
Is anything on this site financial, legal, or tax advice?
No. Bajo Daybreak provides general travel information only. Nothing on this site is licensed financial, legal, tax, medical, or immigration advice.
Juara Holding Group is a publisher and Komodo Luxury is a tour operator — neither is a licensed financial, legal, or tax adviser. Any figures about pricing, currency, or fees are for trip-planning context, not professional guidance. For visa, insurance, health, or financial decisions, consult a qualified licensed professional in the relevant field. We make no guaranteed outcomes of any kind.
Honest content standards
We hold ourselves to a strict honesty rule: we never fabricate reviews, ratings, awards, credentials, or testimonials.
Where we mention Komodo Luxury’s history — a real operator founded in 2015 in Labuan Bajo — we use only verified facts. We do not invent award years, star ratings, or accreditations. Third-party prices we cite (for instance, published “from” rates on booking platforms) belong to those platforms and are quoted for comparison only; they are accurate to the best of our knowledge as of 2026 and may have changed since. If you spot an error, tell us and we will correct it.
Booking, payments, and confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once the reservations team acknowledges it in writing. Common practice for park-based day tours includes providing a passport copy to register the booking, booking at least 15 days in advance where possible, paying a deposit to reserve your seats or boat, and settling the balance per the terms given to you at booking. Deposit and payment methods, cancellation windows, and refund conditions are set in your individual booking confirmation, which governs your trip. If anything in a booking confirmation conflicts with this general page, the written booking confirmation prevails.
How we handle your data (UU PDP and GDPR awareness)
When you contact us or book a tour, we collect only what we need to arrange your trip — typically your name, contact details, travel dates, group size, and, where the park requires it, a passport copy for registration.
We aim to handle personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 (UU PDP). For visitors from the European Union and the United Kingdom, we are aware of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its principles of lawful basis, data minimization, and your rights to access, correction, and erasure. We use your information solely to respond to enquiries, arrange bookings, meet park registration requirements, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal data. Passport copies and booking details are shared only with the operator and, where legally required, park authorities. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the routes below, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bajo Daybreak, Juara Holding Group, and Komodo Luxury are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or participation in a tour, including losses from weather, missed sightings, schedule changes, third-party services, or reliance on indicative figures published here.
