Park fees you should budget separately
According to Maika Komodo Tour & Diving, a Labuan Bajo operator, 2025–2026 park fees include a Komodo Marine Park ticket of IDR 250,000 per person per day and a harbour fee of IDR 25,000 per person, charged per day on day trips. A licensed ranger must accompany all guests trekking or viewing wildlife on Komodo, Rinca or Padar — ranger fees are shared by up to five guests (IDR 150,000 per group for Padar trekking, IDR 200,000 for dragon viewing). Komodo National Park caps visitors at 1,000 per day, so early booking matters.
How does booking work?
The reservations flow is deliberately simple. Here is the sequence Komodo Luxury follows:

- Travel day. Hotel pickup runs around 06:15–06:30, departure by speedboat about 07:00–08:00. You pay the balance in cash on arrival and are back at your hotel between 5:00 and 6:00 PM.
A typical day: Padar trek around 08:15–09:30, then Komodo dragon viewing with your ranger, Pink Beach and Manta Point for snorkeling, with the return leg roughly 15:30–16:30. Dry season generally brings calmer crossings; in the wettest, windiest months the seas between Labuan Bajo and Komodo can be rough, and the harbour master can cancel departures for weather — a real possibility we tell you about up front rather than after you’ve paid.
